Perfect Procrastination
I should be doing laundry so I can pack. I should be mapquesting all my destinations, and there's a whole lot else I need to be getting done. Definitely NOT blogging, however, I am helping host my sisters baby shower in Indiana next week, and well, I HAD to have THIS centerpiece. Time and money were a factor so I made it myself. Then took some pics, and now I'm blogging about it. Lucy, GET TO WORK!! Anyway if you haven't discovered ETSY, you will now! Have a fun week, oh and get to work, you've been reading blogs for way too long! Oh did I mention today is Josh's LAST official day in the Army? SWEET.

Emily, we're just going on vacation, a brief one to celebrate Josh's departure from the Army and graduating with his MBA. So we didn't sell the house,we're not moving, just spending a few days in OH, and IN. We'll be back working hard to get a job, and to sell the house...

I love the center piece. I'm doing a baby shower for my firend tonight, otherwise I would totally make one. And I love the website. I had to pull myself away so i could get back to getting the house clean for tonight.

Stop it. You are scarring me!! So here is the coincidence: Last week I google nursing covers because I have 3 sister-in-laws having babies this year. Anyho, stumble on this website and off to the right hand side is the coolest ring made out of buttons. So I click on it and it opens up to Etsy.com I just keep exploring and I find this necklace that I HAVE to have. It is a antique pindent (sp?) that they took the pin part off in the back put a 1950's chain on it and they attach this tiny blue gem that is the shape of a heart. They title the necklace "Blue is my heart" Symbolizing the women who waited for their loved ones to come home from war. I LOVE IT! Anyway, I had register at that very website last week. It is really Unique! I love your project it turned out so cute. Have fun on vacation. AND keep your friends updated will ya?

Very cute! Have fun on vacation!! I'm a little jealous (but not too much) that Josh is out now. Steve's thinking of staying in for the full 20. Can you believe it? Steve! Of all people! Ah well, it'll be a fun ride.
